Learn To Swim Program!
2018

WELCOME
Swimming Lessons are a great way to promote an active and healthy lifestyle for kids. Swimming can help prevent obesity with regular exercise that is also fun!

Our Learn to Swim Program teaches water safety and comfort. As well, we incorporate basic skills such as rhythmic breathing, body alignment and kick. Our Learn to Swim program offers 2 levels. Once participants master the LTS levels, they are encouraged to advance to the entry level Swim Camp, where participants will continue to hone their skills, including various strokes, and build endurance!
